Good to deal with the difference between the fruit we harvest.

The experience I gained at hygrove to meet with the difference people who have been working as a team also who do a different job such as growers, picker, operator , plumber and electrician.

Pros: There is many opportunities to get what you want according to the job description inside the company.
Cons: Long working hours during the weekend.
