I am currently employed at Hypercheck under a company called checksave. I am an admin controller/cash controller/grv clerk/recieving clerk/stock controller.My role in this position has alot of pressure and yet accuracy is needed to be accomplished. Overseases all the departments in the store such as fruit and veg, sales floor, cashiers ( cash) as well as cash office. Being a leader to 16 staffs that reports to me foe all their duties. Handling of staff scheduling and working on given budget for staff hours. Phoning suppliers for merchandizing services as well as direct orders. I have learnt to work underpressure and meets deadlines, to be responsible and reliable ,how to work as a team to archive one target, to create a business relationship with external companies that are supplying the store, to controll a tense situation from a customer complaint.
