management is my strong point, i am overseeing 15 technicians with a daily plan of 50 cars per day.my co-worker's and myself get along very good and we strive to be the best as a team.in Hyundai and Kia I have 4 different international degree's.Keeping our client and csi above 89%is our goal and time of today our client is our main goal.

Warranty clerk, petty cash , booking services with customers

Start balancing up my petty cash and do banking. once all is been banked and balance. Mailing Invoices to be paid to relevant companies Follow up on outstanding money Start doing warranty claims. Helping where they asked me to. Get food and cold drinks ready for meetings What i need the most is to make sure i do balance up to the cent

Great After Sales experence and management experience gained

Dear Madam Sir, My name is Solly. A fully qualified Brand After Sales Manager with 15 yrs dealership experence. Proactive hands on manager that ensures his team and dealership preform to all dealer standards. Passionate about my csi and always go out every morning with my service advisor meeting and greeting all our clients. There after I meet all my managers individually going through the S.O.P, making sure we well within our objectives and goals. Then meeting my other staff is key to motivating them also ensuring they meet their objectives.Above all I go over and above the normal to ensure all my departments meet the weekly and monthly targets. These reports I send off to my immediate boss giving him a snap shot of the week and months dealerships performance. These are a few D.O.C and other KPI's I meet. Cerrtified Service Advisor / Warranty clerk

My day starts with booking in cars , being friendly and as understanding as possible with your clients is key . Once the client is booked in , we have to ensure the customer is updated accordingly as the day progresses , once the repair is completed , we invoice the job and hand over the vehicle to the client - with a full explanation of the work carried out . The most challenging part of this job is you have to deal with clients on different levels and moods which is always important to put there needs and problems first to make them comfortable .

Pros: To Grow and become a Service Manager
Cons: You have to put in that extra time to ensure smooth sailing
