I am a hard work you believes in team work as it one of the creating a good relationship between the colleagues that way we have a productive with will help the company grow.I enjoy being challenged at work as they keep me motivated to work hard and dedicate myself to what I do,I have learned that a good self-confidence confidence goes a long way when dealing with customers working in a call centre is challenging but if you patience with customers you achieve.

Pros: I was the best selling urgent for 3 months
Cons: if necessary and there's a lot of work to be done I don't see a problem working extra hours

Being the best sales agent for three months

I believe that in working as a team at work that way me and my colleagues will have a good relationship,I have also learned that by working hard you stand a chance of achieving good things,I enjoy net challenges they keep me motivated to work hard and dedicate myself to what I do I also believe in good customer service as customers can be very difficult if their are not happy with your service having a good self-confidence it is important as is creat trust between you your colleagues and the customers we need a happy and productive environment for the company to grow

I worked at call centre for two years during that period I learned to be always professiona to my colleagues or clients.when you work in a office environment you have to be patience have a good self-confidence it helps you to sell but mostly handle difficult clients.It is always exciting to be challenged at work given new task to do because it motivates to work hard and to best for the company one thing I enjoy is selling the product especially to new clients who don't know about it,it gives you an opportunity to peach and tell them about this exciting product you selling.

I was the best selling urgent for 3 months that motivated me to work even harder.

Working in a office environment demands a lot of energy especially when working with poeple every day,you need to be patience that's what I have learned sometimes you speak with unhappy customers you need to calm them down.I also learned to build a good relationship with my colleagues we worked as a team.what I enjoyed most getting a chance to sell our products especially to new customers who didn't know about it but were intrested.The most challenging moment was when speaking to a customers who wasn't happy about a shortage of a product that needed to be delivered to them.

Being the best sales agent for three months

Typical work day is work a customers product wasn't delivered but being a good communicator I have learned to assist customers.It was also important for me to communicate with my colleagues and build a good team sharing ideas I learned that it's very important to have a work relationship with my colleagues and be professional so that we are able to learn from and makes sales.I enjoyed selling our products especially to new customers who didn't about it and were interested.
