Working mainly with Adobe CS6 and iOS All online marketing including social media, websites, Google Ad word campaigns ect. Responsible for all Database Management, for all divisions. Mobile App Development Website design and analysis Manage all partners and find new partners Managing all finances for the marketing team Events management PR + Communications / Media Management Event Budgets + Brand Management Print and media artwork

Determined to achieve 100 % in everything that i set my mind to.

My current position has grown me to become a self driven and self motivated person, to work systematically without any supervision.We are always busy ensuring the best customer service to our clients which makes you brilliant at multitasking and having a pro active mind set.My motto is client comes first.

No room for growth

Lots of room to learn new things in each department but no room for growth in the long term. Poor managment methods are used. Senior management do as they please according to what is most convenient for them. Initiative mist be taken to develop your own skills. A good place to start working as a first job option as the basics of business will be taught to you.

Accounts, credit and Debtors

Working here is definitely exciting meeting new people everyday. Being here for many years also gives clients comfort to see a familiar face. Working with many ladies has opened my eyes to the different types of people we have and has certainly helped me grow. Dealing with clients on the daily is lovely as the job does not become stagnant. I mAnage a wonderful team and together we achieve targets.

Good learning experience

Serves as a good platform for work experience. However, there is little room for growth. Staff are reasonably friendly and helpful. However, the hours are very long with little incentives and recognition. I would reccomend IBV, if you are young and out of school, looking for a new job and to gain experience. It is not a long-term place for employment.
