Well diversified employment sector.

Involved in various activities including clinical counseling; trauma debriefing; pre employment assessment and educational talks. Work on free lance basis but finds self getting many referrals. Have been involved in clinical counseling of 102 clients, conducted twelve trauma debriefing sessions and assessed 58 employees for employment suitability within a space of one year. As a free lancer still involved in quality asurance of the diversion centres in the eastern cape. Assessed compliance of two institutions on sixdifferent diversion programs within the same year. Assessment including desk assessment, staff interviews and client interviews. The aboove picture depicts dilligence and diversified operations. This picture is so typical of Human Resource Management activities. Candidate also prides herself of academic development in the areas of strategic planning; leadership; organization development; good gorvenance principles and more.

I am a hard worker who loves a good challenge.

Work day: I manage the Northern Cape and the Free State all by myself so time management is very important so that my clients will be happy. I have learnt a lot as I work independently and had to learn how the different departments operate and had to do all by myself which boosted my confidence a lot. What I like most about my job is seeing my clients happy and believing in our systems. Challenges do happen and as much as it is not my fault I do take responsibility and fix it.

I recently got divorced and resigned because of personal reasons. My new job will be a new start for me. The company was a well paying company but money isn't everything.

Very interested work

Its a part time job that I spent two hours per session my relationship with co -worker sis very good we share our differences and experiences @ work Ever since employed temporarily I learned a lot about clinical facilitation of health issues. I enjoyed being in the company of employees for health issues promotion challenges of negative attitudes of some of the employeestowards the topics that will be presented by that time

Excellent Growth

Working at ICAS has been amazing. On a normal working day, we help people better their lives so that they are better suitable to do their jobs well. I work very well with my colleagues and help wherever I can. ICAS has taught me how to work well under pressure and how to be professional and compassionate at all times. I enjoy making a difference in peoples lives and seeing them leading better lives. The most challenging part of my job is doing many things at once as there are deadlines to be met.
