Great Exposure

A typical work day entails a great learning experience. The psychology field is very broad and one has an opportunity to acquire general knowledge. The work culture is very relaxed though its still corporate psychology. I did not study psychology but I got exposed to a lot of Psychology. I enjoy the most the exposure that I have received to the nature of my clients.

Pros: One learns something on a daily basis.
Cons: Not much growth for my feild of study

Good company

first time I came at icas I knew nothing about invoicing ,they trained me and still doing it so its good to learn. I am a learner doing learnesship but most of the time I am working I only go to class 3 days per months most of the time I spent it working. processing invoices, responding too clients complaints, make ammendments to the invoices which are not being paid or paid less money, do follow ups on cases.

Pros: promotion
Cons: low salary
