How to work with different people ,with different culture which i enjoy i have excellent relationship with my co workers .what u=i have learn is that one should at all time time for the person from the other sine treat them like my number one customers. challenges of the job is when you find yourself had to apologies make sure to fix their complains but i make sure i do the right things.

Good learning experience and team working
A work day would be very busy with inbound calls and handling customer equiries on a daily basis.Relationship with co-workers is good and the colleagues are Very helpful and encouraging. I've learnt to work well in teams as well under pressure at times on my own. The most challenging part of the job is working under pressure and when i cant locate an existing client/customer details.

I am an enthusiastic, positive person who is team player. I adapt to different environments with ease and are able to work independently. I enjoy helping others and build relationship easily. I am solution driven and focus my efforts on meeting objectives. I’m a good communicator who loves collaboration with all departments of an organization. I aim to excel in my work and in the implementation of ideas, which leads to an urge to continuously learn from my surroundings’ all available sources
Pros: i am always happy to lend a hand to help anyone who needs help, i am able to work under pressure.
Cons: I do not enjoy working with negative people and people who are lazy to work

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE
I ENJOY WORKING FOR ICHOICE COMPANY AND I WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY INCLUNDING 2 SATURDAYS A MONTH. AND I HAVE LEARN A LOT FROM MY CO-WORKERS FOR ALL THIS YEARS THAT I HAVE WORKED WITH, THEY ARE SO SOPPORTIVE AND CARING AND LOVING AS WELL. I HAVE LEARNT A LOT FROM FROM WORKING HERE, HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS INQUIRIES AND HOW TO HANDLE DIFFICULT CUSTOMERS AND HOW TO PUT MYSELF ON OTHER PEOPLE SITUATION AND TO UNDERSTAND WERE ARE THEY COMING FROM. WHAT I HAVE ENJOYED THE MOST IS THE WORKING ENVIROMENT AND TALKING TO CUSTOMERS EVERY DAY. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECTS OF THE JOB IS WHEN THE CUSTOMER ARE SO ANGRY FOR NOT BEEN RECEIVING THE MAGAZINES ON TIME.
