Great company with wonderful people

What a great company to work for dthe 5 plus years that I spent working for Dulux I had an opportunity to learn and develop from a young man without any back ground about paint to a full professional that I am now.

Knowlegde and skills gained

My tasks varied from day to day but have been consistently mentally and physically demanding. These include working on a chemical plant such as an effluent plant which is basically a water treatment plant as well as a colour lab. My experience was not only chemically based, there were also aspects of finance, communication and safety that have added to my skill set. I have an excellent relationship with mu co workers and superiors. I enjoyed the challenge of new tasks and stepping out of my comfort zone for example having to do a presentation in front of senior staff as well as made it my personal initiative to go the extra mile.
