Great opportunity to learn with a start up company

It is not very pressurised and usually relaxed environment. Relationship with co worker are great everyone is helpful and helps each other New processes for start up companies and how to put processes in place. I enjoy all my accounting functions and seeing that the processes out in place have worked. There is no growth.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: No room for promotion

the manager isIt is a good company to work for , staff members are proffesional except the CEO, she want you to fill her present . and the staff is afraid of her. she is a bully . But so the the work enviroment its ok is
