I'm a part time student at CPUT in Business analysis (IT)

Personally I like to keep positive image in every company that I start my service with and the most loyal person and also complete any executive task given to me before deadline. I really enjoys new challenges and tackles them in an organised manner with the ability to find new solutions to problems. I consider myself as a hard worker because I have set goals and have met some and on track to achieve the others. I want to work for an organisation in which I can grow, a job where I can invest my full contribution on and where I can be secured and stable.

Learning Curve

ICTGlobe is a wonderful environment to work in, this company helps you grow as an individual as most of the problem solving is do it yourself. It has been stressful at times as the company is low on staff which makes your day to day more challenging but it has grown me in all aspects, where my colleagues and myself need to support each other as team. The colleagues that i work with are amazing people down to earth, kind and always willing to help anyone for the sake of the team. There is so much that i have learnt at ICTGlobe, all aspects relating to Networking and VoIP. This company has taught me to stick up for myself. This company has really grown me as an individual. I will miss the environment and my colleagues the most. The most challenging...there is always a challenge when it comes to IT.

Pros: Great opportunity to grow within the IT environment and as an individual.
Cons: Low Salaries, No benefits, No bonuses. Basically not rewarding your staff for hard work they put in every day.

Typical Work Day

Arrive at work. Sit down, take tickets, get scheduled for callouts and learn new things as you go. Learnt alot about hosting and VPBX. Relationships formed are usually very good and close-knit.

Pros: Great working at the head office, but that is in JHB
Cons: Most everything happens at Head Office
