IThe company is biased interms of commission payouts. Infact nobody has received commission they promise or rather rave about. Only those who speak up and informed of their worker rights. Environment is toxic, no positive energy. The level of hygiene is poor. Its a Pandwmic and the ladies bathroom has NO sanitisee, handwash ...sometimes theres no tissue. Theres roach infestation, if youre not careful the roaches may wnd up in your bag. Feels like they kust there to explout people for their own benefit. Then show up to work with rheir fast cars whilst everyone employed by them is walking and have no idea how they getting home after work. It sucks. Im just glad I got ro experiience and gain knowledge in a differwnt career path. I wouldn't reccomend this company to anybody, Covid-19 or not...Retrenchhment or not...NO!

Excellent typing and reading

The company was working for have learned a lot whereby, know how to interact with customers. Learned on how to collect and speak to the debtor and make them pay. Learned how to speak to client and negotiates with them terms of payments. So the company gave me lot of experience that have gain through call centre.

Pros: Great opportunity through promotion
Cons: Extra working hours
