I repair, install and upgrade firmware on daily basis. I like working in a team environment and helping other colleagues. In my vast experience in the field I have learnt to be patient and consistent. I enjoy socialising with friends and debate on social issues. The most challenging aspects in my job is reaching the target of high volume input.

Great way to learn and grow, as well to develop yourself as an individual

My day start with Liaising with clients and answering calls and E-mails, dealing with clients query's. I have a great relationship with my co-workers, we like a family. One thing that stand out is team work within our offices. In past 10 months I gained skills in the sales internal department and Logistics.Still in the process of learning more. Seeing my work done accurately and Learning something new everyday,that's what keeps me going. People failing to take responsibility for their job and only be noticed when there's a mistake with your work
