Good leraning curve for someone who needs experience

There is a lot of favoritism, were the manageress woumd literally show you how much they dislike you. Favoritism normally comes with a bad treatment towards those who are not favored. There is lot of learning activities which helps one kmto have more knowledge. I enjoy mostly doing adminostration. I

Pros: Learning to communicate with people
Cons: Working on weekends
