Teaching values beyond expectations.
Transport/hauling raw mining materials (Lime) to primary crushers. Feeding of plants. Re-start/re-use inspections done daily on machinery both static as well as moving machinery, (TMM). Work environment range from scorching summer heat to cold, winter days/nights. Working environments lurking with hazards, everyday. Therefore, communication was/is key. Safety awareness, safety oriented was/is essential. Idwala gave back so much to the community in terms of outreaches, and help shape the youth of the community. It provided the youth with training courses, such as first aid, fire fighting etc. As a employee of Idwala lime, it is impossible not to progress, as there were opportunities to better one self on a daily basis
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
