Excellent learning curve with good client exposure

looking for properties, meeting up with clients, doing property evaluation, Selling the properties. It's nice to work as a team it makes work easier because itis hard to look out for properties that are on sale alone, doing the marketing alone. I have learnt how to approach the sellers and negotiate on behalf of the buyers.

Pros: getting the skills that can make you your own boss, you setting your own target
Cons: working everyday, you don't have basic salary
