Good Company, to its employees

The company its a good company to work for, But there are some issues that make you want to leave and find better employment. For one I like to grow professionally and as a individual. But sometimes in life you have to cut your losses.

I've been on a learnership and I've earned my nqf3 of retail and wholesale Operations

It is nice working at ifm cause the environment it's self is so beautiful,the employees get along we respect each other ,and we get an appreciation from doing a good job from out boss.. the challenge I've faced is that when I was alone in the warehouse and I had to do the job all by my self.

Pros: No promotion
Cons: No long working hours
