Nice start to grow in Sales

When i started working as a Sales lady i have learned i never thought i would be where i am now, i never thought i would have such knowledge about sales and how to deal with different type of people on a everyday basses. I had an amazing relationship with my co-workers we shared a lot together, we worked as a term, treated each other like family and always share wonderful ideas. I have learned a lot in the company in terms of how to present myself in different kind of challenges and the different kind of personalities i meet everyday. I learned to always keep a smile on my face and always to presentable. I enjoyed everything in the company and enjoyed all the jokes, arguments we had together and we sort them out move on. The most challenging part in the company i have faced was the disagreements i had with my manager in terms of the working hours employment act is not followed in anyway.

Pros: Nice opportunity
Cons: Long working hours and No payment for overtime No double pay for working public holidays

A great day working in a gym environment

A typical working day for me is dealing with my customers helping them in and out the gym over ride them to allow them access make sure they sign in an fill in all the necessary information. My relationship with my co-workers are good and got along with them in the working environment. I have learnt how to log our access stats and how to work on spread sheets, working on Microsoft word, Microsoft office, excel and working on a switch board. Answering incoming calls and transferring it to the right department and dealing with queries if i have the right information to deal with it. Dealing with extremely serious problems and some angry clients can be abit of a frustrating situation but stay calm and help them as much as you can and solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Pros: Fun hardworking environment with energetic people
Cons: Working the morning shift and some shift are longer than others.

Excellent learning curve

Brilliant at using skils gained over the years. Using people to achieve Best Sales structures ive ever worked with. AWESOME COMBINATION OF GENERAL. MANAGEMENT AND SALES MANAGEMENT.

Pros: Great oppertunity to use previous skills
Cons: Industry hours is long

Excellent learning place

I do enjoy it but the struggle to get clients is real and when I want uniform as well . The hours are crap and the equipment is terrible too . I think virgin Active has better facilities

Pros: Great for CrossFit
Cons: Client gain is slow
