I worked well with staff, clients and management. Working with different buildings meant you had to continue to grow in Human Resources, maintenance management, staff management and time management

Work ethic

I have excellent work ethics I believe in contributing more than is expected, I work well with others I don’t need supervisions, I am a fast leaner and dependable. All these characteristics are required to work in this fast pace industry each day is different and presents new challenges which helps you deal with the days stresses.

Pros: It teaches you how to work under pressure
Cons: You can’t always please all the clients at the same time because it is such a fast past and stress driven environment clients don’t always understand
