Over staffed

MD is very nice and is a good teache. All departments is over staffed. Currently only worling for aa hour a day. Don't have enough work to keep me busy.

Great experience

Team work Time management Accuracy because of high volume of work Pay attention to detail as there is less time to review Taught me to be more helpful to Junior staff. To work independently

Learning curve

The hours are long,good support system from the management .it was a wonderfull learning experiance going forward .Team work was good as iinteracted with people in different departments of the business .
