No stimulation and no room for growth

Been a nice experience and introduction into the industry, but no room for growth and no stimulation. No individual incentives, which also makes it hard to stay motivated.

Excellent company. Excellent training and ethics.

It was a pleasure working at IHS, management was great and always approachable. There was never incidences of payment problems regarding expenses or fuel etc. I have learned a great deal regarding the medical field and applied details to my every breath. Would return in a heartbeat.

Pros: Excellent work environment
Cons: No comms on our specicfic contract

Small classes

Small classes Cambridge IGCSI and AS and A levels All subjects Good equipment available for both physics and chemistry A typical day involves getting in before 7:30 Meetings on Mondays and Thursdays Line up at 7:40 to 7:55 Registration until 8:00 8 classes 2 breaks And then preparations from 14:30 till 15:30 Development meetings on Mondays and Thursdays

Pros: Small classes, good co-workers who care
Cons: Work hours 7:30 to 15:30

Motivated and love challenges

Pros: Love the real estate market. I love a great spirit and we do have that at my com0any
Cons: Doing rentals. But will love to do sales and rentals.

Excelent

Was enjoying my work every day, I leant so much experience in the company, nice hours of the day I was working monday to friday. Also sataday and sunday if is necesary
