Iam a fast learner and I am very punctual and also a good team player

Firstly I believe a strong team is made out by a good leader,on the work environment we need to work as a team and also be pationate about what we do . We need to push the brand in that way we come up with ideas on how to make the company to grow Iam mostly a team player and I love to contribute towards ideas. I feet very well with people as I'm not a shy person but I'm very open minded person and together as a team we can learn from one another. What I have also learn past years I have worked in a team is u can't do things alone we need to be united and work together The difficult part when working with people is everyone has their own agenda so you need to be patient and observant when we deal with staff as we all come from different back rounds

Pros: Yes I would like to grow in the company
Cons: I have been to retail for long so long hours won't be a problem

No groth opertunities but great learning curse

I have had a great experience working at IJump and my coworkers are wonderful to work alongside. However the hour are too long leaving little space for personal life. Working with children all day teaches one patience and how to losten up, having worked with children and thier parent's for the past year has really developed my poeple skills.

Pros: Fun enviroment. Understanding and suportive management
Cons: Long working hours. Strenious work.
