DAILY WALKABOUT, METER READINGS , OVERSEE THE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING ,PROJECTS , OVERSEE CONTRACTORS , UPDATE FILING SYSTEM , ACCESS CONTROL AND PARKING, COMMUNICATE WITH OWNERS AND TENANTS. VERY APPROACHABLE WITH STAFF ,TENANTS AND OWNERS.ENSURING ALL ABIDE TO THE BUILDING RULES
