We learn a lot If you commit yourself

Its a hectic daily work that deals with consumers and analysing od complex issues that need resolution. Daily contact with community in changes that task place within the municipality. As a supervisor you some times have recurrjn challenges from employees themselves by we have a wonderful work in elationship which has taught me different skills. To understand people and different family environments. The most challenging part is to have people report to you. All in all it has been a wonderful learn in curve for me and I enjoy it.

Pros: You dont easily grow within municipality
Cons: No staff support as much as there should

We learn a lot If you commit yourself

It's a wonderful place where you deal with consumers and your community. Which brings a daily change in th prospect of how you looks at thing and the complexity of having political input when it comes to decision of service delivery. We have grown to learn to each others weakness as colleagues. The challenge I having people report to you where at times they yak thw advantage of your character and attitude at work.

Very good leading water company

I am in a leading position since i am the only worker who graduated in the Chemical Engineering field and our plant Superintendant. I control the daily operation of the plant, supervise the workers and control the daily demand and the quality of water we produced hourly. The most challenging time its a peak season during summer where our turbidity exceed 10 000 NTU and our raw water contains high pH and its has lot of dissolved salts( mg and Ca

Its was a good learning curve

My work in experience has been an eye opener as I grew a lot working with communities and all race of people in and out of office. Its always a hectic day full of analytical thinking and proper resolution of work given. With employees I learned so many skills as well. Patience, understanding and wisdom. The most challenging part is having people report to you as that comes with many peculiar moments but most of all to those who still likew to take advantage of your generosity

Excellent learn curve

My name is Kwanele Ngcobo I'm from a place called Stanger I finished school at Stanger South Secondary school I obtain my grade 12 then I further studies in local government I was accredited by SAQA working in partnership with LGSETA I studied disaster management now I want to further my studies in the management and in commercial studies eg auditing, project management ,and accounting I will be horned if my request can be a success thank you.
