Me and my Payroll Job career
I've been with this company since October 2007 as Payroll Administrator. my daily duties includes receiving cv's(application), issuing ui-19 forms, daily contacts with Clients, Employees to resolve problems or issues they might have, Payroll functions i.e do payslips, Reports. Here we work as Team helping each other, solving problems together. coming to Employees I do enjoy daily contacts with them as they most share with me how are things on site, any help they need, I have learnt a lot such as Humanity, to be calm, discipline, listening skill cause most employees are very clever so without understanding their points one will never help them. To work with people needs discipline and long hearts, love and understanding. I love everything I'm doing cause everyday I learn new things. Payroll is a very strictly job and I've learnt to be careful and discipline.
Pros: This not a big company so there are no promotions, just salary changes
Cons: 7h00 to 15h00 unless busy uo to 17h00

My Job experience
Here is an Employment Agency of which we Outresource our employees to other companies or Clients. We are an Emploument Agency based in electrical. My daily duties includes Loading employees on database, processing all payroll files, printing all reports, processing payslips, assist in Admin etc. I also do daily contacts with Clients. I gained a lot of experience in this field. We as staff members can help each other, i can also handle pressure in case there is. We have plus minus 500 employees who are outsourced to different Clients in Electrical Industry. Im part of Human Resource Management so therefore i also with Challenges like CCMA Cases. The reason im leaving is beacause of lack new Clients and my salary is very low provided of 12 year service, no recognition of my service.
Pros: No promotion in this company( Family Business)
Cons: 8 to 9 hours a day
