Excellent in giving experience, trains you on how to deal with other people.

it such a great opportunity to work at my current compay, ive learn so many thing, im able to work with different types of people. The only thing that i dont like about my company as a shift work, we work for 19 day and olny take off for 2 day.

Pros: great opportunity for promotions but it takes a long time
Cons: we work 8 hours a day and 12 hours on weekends

Excellent learning environment

7h00 to 16h45, 7h00 to 13h00 on Friday working hours. Highly friendly relationship, we communicate every minute. Learnt to be humble and give respect to co-workers. I enjoy meetings, opportunity to raise difficulties. Most challenging, inappropriate suppliers.

Pros: great environment for good experience
Cons: doing work for three employees
