Bad strategy for the business

You can't work with 200 employees and giving them small amount then expect employees to be happy about their jobs ,in a business where you have employees try to work with them communicate with them ,we can't go around every day going on the fields to sell insurances then earn 1500 monthly .

Pros: Not a great opportunity for a promotion
Cons: Long working hours

I enjoyed to be the jack of all trades

Admin job, helping customers about their queries, I enjoyed doing an admin work but moved on to a customer service dept, learn to work under pressure and to help customers also to get a long with my coleagues as we are working in a small building sharing the small kitchen. I enjoyed to be the jack of all trades, doing admin while taking calls helping customers.
