I have initial good relation with my staff and the client with my commitment

Maintaining disciplinary and procedures to staff as per client Monitoring staff on system (synerion) and physical attendance register Recruiting and induct of new staff Calculating complete times and ensure it accuracy and submitted to payroll master Authorize leave application and leave Liaising with the health and safety officers on continuous for guidance. Managing PPE issuing, capturing and doing recons

Pros: greater opportunity as i able to explore my career
Cons: Jan October I was working 12 hours per shift ,flexibility and availability i take serious as per client request

EXCELLENT ENVIRONMENT

NICE WORKING THERE I HAVE GOOD TEAM WITH GOOD TEAM LEADERS WHO ARE ALWAYS THERE TO HELP SINCE I AM NEW IN THE COMPANY.WHEN I GOT THERE I KNEW NOTHING ABOUT USING THE SCANNER BUT THROUGH MY CO WORKERS I HAVE LEARNT A LOT IN SHORT SPACE OF TIME.

Pros: WITH THE REQUIRED SKILLS THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROMOTION
Cons: SINCE I STAY IN GERMISTON ITS VERY FAR FOR
