Impact Meters is a company providig electriciet to complex.
I start working from 7:30 to 12:00 in office from 12:00 to 13:00 in the call center.then from 13:00 -13:30 Lunch then back to work place form 13:30 - 16:00 then call center from16:00 - 16:30 . From I start 7:30 I work with a daily dairy phoning clients make appointments for (thirteen)13 building managers to install the prepaid meters. I then in between help my clients on e-mail and telephonic with queries regarding the prepaid meter the payments paid in but with wrong reference and looking up for the amounts in the allocated account to transfer the amount to the correct account for the client to receive his token. I then go to call center from 12:00 to 13:00 answering phone call,help client with queries on there accounts transfer client through to the correct person and department with the queries he/she request on.Clients witch electricity is disconnected when client did not pay account swearing and threatening you personally for you only working for the company.....
Pros: The work in good but the Management is unfair
Cons: normal working hours, works some Saturdays. Distance is to far for me

Excellent learning
I'm working as a team driving around Pretoria doing meter reading, installation and doing switch on and off, I learn how to treat client and wat they want, good communication skills because we use to communicate with customers every day, I enjoy to communicate with customers because I learn more from them, the most challenges is when we have to go and do switch off when customers didn't pay electricity they don't like it.

Excellent with clients
I do not look forward to go to work everyday like i used to. i process per day almost double than other workers and i do applications and discontinuations sometimes which is not my work. im usually the one that works with hard clients as i do have good skills working with people. dont love my job anymore as every second person here thinks they are your boss and they way people handles you sometimes like management is just insane especially after all the work you do .

Cons: will do anything and work harder than the person next to me

Only experience
Dont like working here as this company is unfair and do not look out for you i over work here and payment is not good as i struggle to survive every month and there is no way of growing at this company.
