Opportunity to grow

The typical day that I would have is to answer calls and emails the whole day. The clients are the most important and sometimes the hardest thing to do is say no to a clients. I love working with my co-workers and we get along. I have learnt that the client is sometimes the person you need to be hard at times, but the client also knows what they want and that you need to think and put yourself in there shoes to feel what they feel. What I enjoy the most is to see the people I work with and to do paperwork at work, also going to expo's that the company hold and information days. The most challenging is to wait to long to move out and upwards, the HR does not always want you to move to another department because they feel you need to stay where you are good at.

Cons: time consuming on promotions
