I am deployed to external clients and work from their office sites on a daily basis with no interaction with Imperatech staff the entire day. I have only formal relationship with co-workers when requesting information. I have learnt to be independent and only you can care for yourself that much. I enjoy being employed. It is challenging to work knowing you just bring in profits.

Cons: Unpaid leave

Excellent opportunity to learn and share my knowledge.

It's really great working at the company I'm currently at. I have a very good relationship with my co-workers, especially being able to share my knowledge and learning from them.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion and to share my knowledge.
Cons: Don't mind working the extra hours to achieve success.
