I have enjoyed working for the company, there was great growing potential. I have enjoyed working with all my colleges and we were very close, if was like being home. typical work day was every day and we worked together solving everything as a team, I have always considered my colleges as "partners" and always listen to them with any suggestions. the biggest challenge on a daily basis was to get our vehicles out on time and get the deliveries done as requested by our customers, concentrate on our costs, and to see that we deliver everything in order. I have learnt that you can overcome all aspects with good planning and doing the job the first time right. I have also learned that communication is the best answer in a business, honesty and handling everything in a good manner. I have enjoyed working as a team and doing the best in what I do and to be proud on my work.
Pros: Great growing oppertunities
Cons: They don't believe in listining to the people working for them and understanding them, they like to threten them by "Firing or demote them. You dont get a change to improve or to show yourself, always being shouted at aspesially when things dont go the way they want it, they dont believe in paying overtime on the actual hours that the people are working and dont believe in increases

EXCELLENT LEARNING EXPERIENCE AND ROOM TO GROW
IT IS A GOOD COMPANY WITH HARDWORKING PEOPLE WHO I SHARE A SPECIAL BOND WITH. I LOVE THE DAILY INTERACTION WITH MY CO-WORKER EVEN THOUGH I WORK ON-SITE BY OUR CLIENT. IT IS SAD THAT THE COMPANY WILL BE CLOSING DOWN.

My life in Logistics
I have an open door policy with the workforce. Every morning we have a quick debriefing session with them discussing day ahead and challenges they had on the previous day. Once the debriefing is done, I normally do the PrDP check and truck inspection with the drivers before they depart from the yard. I do my yard walk to ensure that its neat. Once this is done I will do customer visits to ensure that they still happy or are there any issues that need to be resolved. have learnt that clear communication is vital important in this industry. I enjoy the open discussions that we have with the workforce. It helps to understand their challenges that they face on the road daily. The trucks breakdowns because they impact the service to our customers.

Enjoy new challenges
Really enjoy working at current company, but at the moment looking for other job as our company is closing their doors. Really like working with current co-works. I have learned a lot especially with new systems, different challenges that came my way.

Enjoy new challenges
I am very hard working, thus arriving at work will insure my work is up to date. I have also had good relationships with employee, enjoy socializing and inter acting with co-workers. I gained a lot of experience and learned a lot. challenging will officially be making deadlines and ensure that deadlines are met.

Job opertunity
Working in the transport sector based on our company it is the best first hand experience I had experienced. We have an open plan office whereby we build a professional relationship and also a more friendly and sense of belonging environment. We have a flat organisation structure, making it easier to build a relationship with our direct and in-direct management team., thus avoid any confusion or miscommunication. My knowledge and skills have grown a lot since I have start working here due to the multi-functions that is involved in our daily operations.

Hard working
for typing is more fun to type and also i have learnt to be self confidence with your attitude also be yourself at work. but i enjoy typing alot and the most challeging aspect is when thing become more to capture and alot of invoices that mostly must go

Stressful target driven
A typical day would be visiting customers on a daily basis dealing with queries and admin and paper work,doing costings and quotes .very stressful to obtain and achieve monthly target as business very competitive out there .I have learnt that no matter what the customer is always right.i find the target to have become very challenging.i enjoy interacting with the various people i meet daily.but not enjoying being on the road all day and fighting to achieve a target.

I had the oppertunity to do an advance drivers course at Imperial.
It was like working for a big family. You know all memers of Management and all the drivers. You had security till the retrencements came due to financial losses. I had the oppertunity to get exsperians on all the super links and the new Merc truks. The only negative experiance was the daily traffic on the high ways. I you drive a truck, the car drivers doesnt have any respect.
Pros: A working family company.
