I am currently working at a hotel in Pietermaritzburg and looking to moving to the Eastern Cape
I am a 34 year old recently married female who has experience in reception,housekeeping and reservations. I am currently looking into moving to the Eastern Cape and also have experience in Lodges.I am passionate about the industry and are currently learning so much.Have been working for the industry for 8 years now but my experience varies from lodges to a hotel.
Pros: Commitment
Cons: I work with so much commitment and know the industry requires long hours from time to time and thefore commit myself to being flexible.

Good working environment
To be in a workplace at 6 am to 5 pm can be exhausting, but with presence of my colleagues who are friendly, we did our work with pride and with the help of one another, i have learnt a lot from them and from the company itself for example, you don't allow your personal feelings to interfere with your work, always put the customers needs at first before yours. I enjoy a lot when we attend training session , get to meet other superiors who are expert in the industry and i was awarded as the best trainee. Too many booking customers, phones ringing non stop which sometimes requires me to work double shift, and dealing with rude customers was the most challenging moment i want to cross but i overcome it all and still do the best job ever.

Excellent fast learner
