Currently a day at this place is about orders been placed and trucks being loaded to deliver the stock. I do the capturing of the Chep documentation. I have good relationship co-workers. Challenge at the moment is to get the pallets back from clients.

Able to work in Operations and deal with clients daily requirements
I work with interactive colleagues, who's always hands down to get the job done daily. My team produces the results effectively, as per company requirements. I am very well recognized in my company from a depot to national perspective. You will find me always interacting and talking with everyone. Imparting my knowledge and gaining it at the same-time. After working with my company for the past 7 years, I have grown expand nationally as a person towards my career objective. I am a person who always loves to learn new things, hates to be idle and likes to complete my work fast. Thereafter I can look into other areas of the business and think of ways/ideas to enhance our business. I enjoy motivating staff to achieve their goals in life and new challenges. Thinking of strategic ideas is cool with any team, I find this fun. Road accidents is one of the most challenging to control.

Good working environment with friendly people as well as mentors ...a company with well organised with professional management ....i have learnt a lot from the company since my arrival ..i can now process leave and do payroll for the month

Excellent working environment
its really a good working environment we work from mon-fri and we work as a team i have learned the vip system and vip premier i enjoy preparing the montly payroll input and processing the leave forms the challenging job is when i deal with an employee who ddint get his or her money and he or she is angry and shouting

Am looking for new endeavours
Working at Imperial has taught me how to become a stronger career driven individual, who never backs down from a challenge and to always be diligent in my work environment. To be fair with my staff and to always be proactive as I should set an example for my fellow colleges . I enjoy the challenges within the logistics field as it keeps me sharp always motivated to learn more. Going to work everyday is always a new endeavour as I can take a different approach to fixing a problem or sorting a query at hand. The managers are strong minded and challenges us as their employees to be vibrant and driven in our daily tasks.

Excellent learning

Hard working
It is a great environment to work at, co-workers are hardworking and support each other. i have learnt so much like how the business work, controlling the operation at the warehouse, loading and offloading of trucks, scanning of stock, stock counts etc.. i love the job i do because it always get me involved and i get to interact with everyone in the depot. the challenge at times is to try and be every department as it is important to see that everything is running smooth in all departments, checking on people to see if they are doing their job correctly.

EXCELLENT WORKING ENVIRONMENT
i am working a flexible work day we have a good relationship and my co-workers are very caring and helping i am expose to many things regarding payroll and systems such as VIP and ESS i enjoy preparing monthly payroll dealing with inquiring and employee who didn't get paid
