I work 6hours a day with people who work very hard and i learn a lot from them because most of them are older than me .and well trained,as the company do different activeties such as picking,case sorting,loading and washing trucks,driving ,checking.i learned so mach.it is a Brandhouse wich is deals with alcohol.

Exlant learing curve

long day, difficult customers, poorly trained staff, poorly equipped workshop. making daily target best part of the day. training app is nice. solving problems are good. I have a good relationship with co-workers and clients.

Poor working environment

Fast paced always 120 km p hour, if you can do the job you do everyhing, and are responsible for everyone and everything. Expect Long hours, immature culture and unjust treatments, Blame shifting and back stabbing as the norm.

GOOD

Iam hard working person passionate and go an extra mile when given ang opprtunity in work relate situation team work and team building in working enviroment is what i will stive for and try to promote in the company

Excellent working environment

Working with such big company is a great achievement cause it gives one an opportunity to meet theirr level of potential and prove themselves. The works are so generous and understanding when working together and putting the company first, I have learned that working hard and putting the company first is the most important thing as it will give out good results to other workers.

No growth good working relationship with teams Nothing really to like about the company Too much audits Male dominate company No growth for females in management positions. No promotions No mentorships
