Continuous improvement driven

Spring Valley has given me an opportunity to Learn more on the operations management of the site by being involved in a day to day operational requirements of all processes from receiving to dispatching of the finished goods.the support from all departments and subordinates to achieve required production targets through machines efficiency,good quality,better yield and limited waste.the maintenance team was always up to the tasks at hand for continuous process improvements to comply with BRC, mark and Spenser ,Woolworth quality standards

Pros: Yes there was always an opportunity for promotions until the current positions
Cons: As an maintenance manager you’re required to be on standby calls for any breakdown and any emergencies and it has since became part of my life and routen matters.
