black people not given a chance to enhance skills because they are underpaid and the work environment black people get treated like preschool kids. For the top position, only Indians are given the opportunity to apply

Excellent understanding

I am a very hardworking person who is willing to learn new ideas and able to cope with new challenges for no work is possible without the knowledge of what we are required to do. • I am very motivated and able to study new skills on my own; • Comfortable with working outside normal working hours regularly to complete projects as to limit impact on the organization. • Actively listens and speaks to, not over, others • Use clear and constructive language orally and in writing • Flexible and able to adapt to changes and fluctuating work demands. • Very systematic, precise, logical, accurate and thorough. • Problem solving focused. • Ultra exemplary troubleshooting skills • Offer time and /or assistance to colleagues;
