Helpfull teacher

My days are always busy and productive. Never a dull moment. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. Always there to help someone. I am more at a teaching stage, to help other. I enjoy when a plan comes together and a job is done. The most challenging for me is the hours to get everything done. There is not really co-operation from the other mechanic.

Cons: Very long working hours

New Opportunity

My typical work day is very hard. We work very hard and lots of hours. I have a good relationship with co-workers, i get along easily. And I am always willing to help or teach someone. I enjoy getting a job done correctly. At the moment the most challenging for me is the long extended hours. I do not mind to work hard and extra, just in a normal time frame.

Pros: Always an opportunity for a promotion or to teach someone else
Cons: Extra long hours.

Small operation with little no future for advancement.

A normal work day with very little stimulation on a small project. I get along with co-workers well and find that they in turn look up to me with respect. On this project there was not much to learn. I am a "hands on" type of person and like to be on the floor where the action is and dont mind getting dirty.

Pros: Work satisfaction
Cons: Long hours with little time off.
