Learnt from my years with company

The company has a relaxed atmosphere with pleasant co workers and with my experience i gained knowledge in management and I enjoy interacting and solving problems and knowing what other divisions are doing. In my field the challenge I have is lazy colleagues or people who don't own up to their mistakes. The days differ bust mostly i get busy from month end till mid month

Cons: No scope for growth

Excellent learning curve

It’s a lovely Compton learn about digital and up skill in it and they are very nice people, very understanding and helpful. I was given a second chance to grow and up skill when the pandemic hit and I was one of the people who got retrenched so I have nothing bad to saying about them but rather be thankful

Pros: Great company to learn about digital and for growth
Cons: Long working hours
