I am Simakahle Nkosikhona Dlomo,age 26 , working at Incredible Solutions for more than 2 years now, I am working as In-Store Technician at Dion wired Gateway store.Also i I work at Pc Training and Business College 6 moths there time i was doing Inservice training.At Dion wired I install software, hardware and also doing sales if I am not busy,selling our product laptops, Ram,HDD, printers and software's. I install on software Microsoft office from 2007/10/13/16, antivirus like Kaspersky,McAfee,Norton,operating system from windows 7,8,8.1,10,also do drivers download,virus removal,OS reload. On hardware i do installation of Ram,hard disk drive, motherboard,screen,keyboard,wireless card etc.I do printer as well if having a problem but most of the time i do our product like 3D printer and Ricoh, also do setup for a customer because some of the customer they don't know how to setup a printer.

How to deal with clients and with pressure and dead lines.
I have learned how to deal with pressure and dead lines, and how to even get to dead lines. i have learned how to deal with clients and to manage my time properly. i have thought myself what and when to complain because everything you do people are watching and some will always try to get rid of you because jealousy. so i learned my dos and dons.
Pros: I work myself hard for the benefit of the company as long as i also get recognition and i am happy.
Cons: I do sacrifice for my time for the company because i like keeping things updated always.

Excelent learning curve
our company is based on retail what we basically do is that we solve any problems that our customers come across hardware , software and networking. we are based in stores we interact with customers and I have learned that if there's something I don't understand or I don't know or have a solution to it I should always ask for help/assistance or ask questions.

Gained a lot of experience.
Great company to work for in terms of experience and learning a lot, but in terms of the corporate culture it's very poor. There's no growth at all. It's very also wise to mention that its a family business so the employees are usually put last. The salaries are not good as well. I need a company that will recognise my hard work and reward it.

Excellent learning curve
Incredible solutions is a greate company for one to kick start their carees as helpdesk technician.You meet and deal with clients/customers directly on a daily basis.It gives one a chance to learn and grow from daily challenges faced upon each client and the joy of helping someone.A typical day starts early by 8:30am and end at 17:00, and 19:00 during festive seasons.

Good technical solving promblem
Incredible Solutions is based in Durban and there many other branch's like Johannesburg, Cape Town and Bloemfontein.,is a good company to gain experience when is come to problems solution based on PCs/laptops. I have two year experience working for this company dealing with customer, works as a In-store Technician Dion wires( Gateway) , and I know how to deal with customers because of Incredible Solutions, we fix laptop at the store, installing softwares, Ram, hard drive, some time if am working at the office also do screen of which is hardware problem but at the store most of the time I am facing most of there challenge is software problem.

Opportunity to learn under experienced professionals in my field
Collection of laptops at Game stores, fix them at our head office and return to stores. Train Game staff on new software and hardware information. Help desk support duties at our head office include internal support of basic network support and desktop support.

- I am energetic, goal-driven and a hard worker. I work well under pressure and I value teamwork. I am always ready to learn more and work hard to help grow the company. I am very punctual and dedicated to my work. I worked well with my co-workers as I value teamwork and always helping and teaching each other more. I have learned to think out of the box, always be ready for a challenge and to be dedicated in my work and always meeting the deadline. I enjoy when I have co-workers who always cooperate and we have a good working department
