Achievements 1.Although I took over in the in the middle of the project, I Successfully planned for the Rimmel in-house launch which went live on the 1st of June 2017. 2.Maintained a portfolio service level greater than 98% on both my portfolios. 3.Built and maintained good relationships with Co - workers and suppliers which helps when I need something done urgently. 4.Managed and Implemented a Project with an estimated cost saving of R24 000 per year and has thus far saved an Estimated R14 479 since implementation which was on the 1st of June 2017. 5.Managed and Implemented a Project with an estimated cost saving of R100000 per year and has thus far saved an Estimated R20000 since implementation which was on the 3rd of October 2017.

Excellent environment

we work as a team to achieve the productivity of the day and meeting the key performance areas. we have a very friendly working environment at the company with enough management support where it is needed

Great growth Oppurtunities

Day to day activities was to review production performances in regards to OEE and machine optimisation, to spot inorovement and address issues through a DMAIC process by applying a six sigma methodology. I loved working with people and with this i used a learning and development approach through an established framework. Our company strived to be world class by using TRACC as our guidance. I gained the skills to facilitate workshops to the staff to engage them with the system and drive implementation. I initiated, facilitated and presented profit improvement project through feasibility studies and cost calculations... With all above mentioned alot of resistance were experienced by staff members whuch makes successful implementation a little dufficult if you don't have management by-in.

Pros: Great opportunity to work on different levels
Cons: Work life balance were affected negatively due to project deadlines, ni recognition for efforts etc

Get to know me in my field of profession

I love planning launch events, meeting the media face to face to connect and strengthen the relationship between the brand and media. Surrounded by driven and highly motivated colleagues who makes it easy to work extremely hard to meet deadlines. I'm always keen to assist and very strict about time.

Excellent learning opportunity and good Culture of people first.

this is 1 of the best companies to work for as they already pay above average wages to employees. We also have a culture of people first and all employees are well looked after. Our operations departments receive quarterly incentives as well.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn study and grow as a person with the company
Cons: Not many opportunities to be promoted
