A driven and organised individual who is able and willing to work as part of a team and manage several priorities at any one time. Excellent learning curve

It is a great company with friendly but highly professional staff. Everybody makes an effort to connect with team members individually and as a group. Our management also take time to ask about our immediate goals and project interests as well as our career objectives. They also listen to everyone’s ideas. Everyone plays a role in contributing positively to our working environment. Our managers know how to motivate, inspire and nurture a working environment that brings out the best in us.

Excellent learning environment

The culture at INET BFA is soo incredible, friendly/family environment. I started off as an intern and I have learned soo much. I got the opportunity to be exposed to most HR functions including Performance Management, Salary Reviewing, IR, Recruitment and Selection, Reporting, Training and Skills.

Pros: Great start off place
Cons: Limited growth opportunities
