Working in my company its very challenging and also a great thing about its is that we doing different kind of jobs because we are teaching,pulling signals,installing underground electric cables and the relationship with my supervision its very interesting because I help him also with a paper work and he's like a mentor because we share some ideas on how to handle the pressure and to make our day goes by laughing while we working. The challenges is when we have to meet the deadlines and the railways are bussy on the road so its being difficult to reach the work in time due to the busyness
