Excellent Learning Curve

A typical day at the office is to make sure that the 30 franchises we service are happy with marketing material that had to be done on a national level, then I need to find out what is happening in their areas so that we can suggest marketing for them to push the brand name and make people aware of them. I work very closely with my co-workers, we are all young and have a lot of energy so the office is always fun I have learned how to deal with conflict and how to be a leader to the Juniors that work under me. I have also learned how to understand franchisees and make sure that they are happy. I enjoy dealing with the franchises on a daily bases and doing different marketing plans for each individual. The most challenging job is to keep 30 individuals happy and making sure they are all on the same page

Great learning environment.

I am currently working as a Marketing Assistant at Infinity Brands. This is my first job in the working field and I have been working at this company since January 2018. I am currently studying a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Art History and Ancient History. I studied Graphic Design at Oakfields College where I was one of the top students. I won the Top Digital Designer award at the end of 2017. I have been working as a Marketing Assistant to see if it was a possible career path I would want to go down. I have learned a lot and I have been able to see first hand how Marketing and Graphic Design work hand in hand. I am a creative, fun-loving, empathetic person. I enjoy learning new skills and growing my life in any way that I can. Anyone who has taken a chance on me has never been disappointed. I am a very hardworking person. My work is always in on time and done to the best of my ability. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me in whatever career field I am in.

Good Learning curve

I have acquired Administration skills, monthly financial reporting, advancing my excel skills and also learning to use different software such as Wrike, Slemma and qlikview.

Pros: Gives space for making errors. The group that works here is a young bunch and is vibrant
Cons: the long hours. 7:30 am - 5 pm

Energetic QUICK learner

A typical day at the office here, is highly tense and stressful. Not many people feel secure in their job. The relationships with the staff are usually good and we often have fun outside of work but a normal day leaves you exhausted for tensions within the office.

Pros: I have made good friends. It is close to where I live.
Cons: No opportunity for growth. Long hours. Low pay.

Excellent learning curve in inventory controlling

I deal daily with suppliers and customers, I have built solid good working relationships. I excel with managing inventory, reconciling general ledger and purchasing.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn

Stable learning curve

well my current company is a good starting point but i'm more interested in a company i can grow in and learn more. where there is opportunity for growth. I have a good relation with my co-workers, they are friendly and good at what they do. I learned a lot here e.g how to communicate with people, how to be more productive however I would love to venture to anew company.

Pros: Good support system
Cons: lack of growth or promotion
