Great place to acquire leadership skills

- I started off as a Senior Producer in August 2013, managing 4 Producers who produces weekly shows. - I learned leadership and team work spirit through managing the team, which was later increased to 6 producers and I was subsequently promoted to be Head of Programming , managing TV programs ranging from Wildlife, Movie reviews, Technology, Business news. - I'm a team leader and team player, who is willing to share ideas and take kindly to correction or take advice. - What I enjoy the most about the job is the opportunity to be creative and brainstorm ideas freely. - Most challenging and frustrating part of the job is when I feel stuck due to indecisive Management decisions that affects the staff and I still need to keep the staff morale up.

Learning Curve

i work a 10 hour shift, i do over time but it's not paid, i was transferred fro Johannesburg to Cape Town, i have 8 years experience as a Cameraman. most challenging aspect of my job is that we do news and most of the time i do outside studio shoots, it gets very dangerous and we shoot at dangerous locations

Pros: great opportunity to work for this Company
Cons: Low salary and loads of work
