Excellent international company to work for

I was responsible for ensuring efficiency and quality of finished cartons of cigarettes for customer demand. I worked on-site utilising my leadership skills and knowledge to my team of 15 operators, 4 technicians and 1 warehouse associate. Part of my responsibility was to supervise the Operators activities, such as manufacturing, processing, operating and packaging, to ensure a world class product was delivered. The technicians had to be managed daily for maintenance, breakdowns and to improve efficiency on the cigarette maker, packer and filter maker. A high level of responsibility was expected of me as a Production Shift Manager, as the safety and productivity of my team reflected on my ability to lead the shift effectively, and meet daily production targets. I was also required to effectively manage my shifts time keeping, absenteeism and conduct regular performance management feedback sessions in order for them to meet their KPI targets.

Fast leaner , accurate , friendly .

I have worked for InfoGuardian for almost a year and this company taught me how to manage my time and improve me as an individual. InfoGuardian is a fairly new company and therefore enjoyed helping this company interview and develop from 50 employees to 93 employees. An ordinary day cannot be explained as we try and make it as cultured as possible. A simple day , if needed to be explained would have to be exciting. Challenges would have to be dealing with the exco's in person , but this only improved my confidence and now I do presentations without hassle.

Standard learning curve

In my current role as an Onsite support Engineer at Sita Erasmuskloof. I provide technical support to clients; I am also responsible for logging calls to different departments using the call logging system. I Ensure client’s requirements are determined and met in order to improve customer satisfaction. I also have great troubleshooting skills, great communication skills which will allow me to work effectively in a team.
