Very good learning environment
My usual working hours are basically 08:00 to 17:00. First thing that i do when i get to work i check my emails. If on that day i have training that is scheduled, then 09:00 i go to class, my classes most of them are based at our offices. Sometimes i go directly to the client. If i do not training i do my filling, checking if relevant documents are in place, submitting contracts to relevant Setas, updating clients on the progress of the learners. My co-workers are actually nice people to work with, we help each other if we have a lot of work to do. I can now stand in front of a crowd and present topics, i communicate very well and i now know that working together helps in achieving goals.I enjoy working together, leaning new thing and getting challenges because that is where one learn the most. The most challenging aspects about the job is actually getting learners to attend sessions, but we managed to solve the problem as a team.
Pros: Great opportunity to network and learn new things
Cons: There is no growth in our organisation

Great exposure to an industry that is very rewarding
I start work at 8:30, the work area is large enough, the walls are a dull colour. Start with my emails and revert if necessary, the team i work with are vibrant and make the workplace fun, i get along with all my fellow employees, we have a good understanding and well balanced when it comes to gender. i learnt its important to have a good working relationship, this allows the flow of information and harmony to take its course, i also learnt that work becomes your second home and therefore it is important to make the most of your time at work have an impact. i enjoy the transparency and trust amongst employees. The challenges of my work is being dependent on others who deliver bad quality in their work since my line depends on resources handed over to me by superiors. Overall i love my job
Pros: I get to empower people
Cons: undervalued

It was a one year learnership programme for new venture creation N4.
It was an amazing learning experience. With many challenges and tasks which I had faced and achievedo and learnt a lot about the corporate world.year.They taught me a lot about the workplace.Administration was what I studied at school but they gave me tasks involving MS Office during the time I was there.I was exposed to all the departments though administration like HR (recruting), coordinating a learnership programme and being a PA to the general manager.
Pros: opportunity of doing many things.Been given responsibility for things aBovey urban expertise
Cons: no promotional opportunities
