Not recognised for hard work and long hours

My day starts very early and entails firstly updating the cash flow and sending all receipts in bank to the regional administrators. Liasing with the MD and telephonic supports to administrators, besides the many other functions. I work well with my colleagues and I am friendly and cooperative. I learnt that if you apply yourself anything is possible. What I most enjoy is a good relationship with my co workers and management. The month end reporting is the most challenging and requires long hours to prepare the files to meet the deadlines.

Pros: Year end performance bonus over and above the 13th cheque
Cons: Extremely long working hours even on Sundays without remuneration
