Ingonyama Trust Board id a good company but i want to grow and get nee challenges from another rnvironment. My relation with colleagues id good it just that when you have worked for the company for long time and no more challenging things. I need new challenges and new experience.

Pros: there are no opportunities for promotions
Cons: sometimes i worked long hours dincr i was travelling i am travelling a lots
