Excellent working relations

I am Chulumanco who is currently employed as an intern at Ingquza Hill Local Municipality, I have been working with people ever since I joined the real world. In the years I have been working for this company, I have realised that people are machines who needs to be appreciated and rewarded when they do good, but be punished when they break rules. Working closely with Finance has given me more experience on knowing how to follow procedure

Pros: Grat opportunity for greener pastures
Cons: i have worked for 12 hours a day once in a while
